  ¹ There are rare cases when a user ends DOM program abruptly (power shutdown, Ctrl+Alt+Del key combinations, power surges, etc, without properly ending the program). Some database indexes or files may be damaged or completelly lost due to any of these events. We offer database repair, with limitations in some cases, for users to be able to recover all, or whatever is possible to recover. The user is solely responsible for making regular backups of their database, either through DOM or directly with other backup programs. When we receive database files for repair the user must know that all the information contained in these files is completely confidential and is maintained under strict server security. If any level of success is achived, the database is returned to the user, and once is up and running, and the user makes an official notification, our copy is completelly removed from our server, so the user must make a backup copy as soon as they receive the fixed database.
